Lola Coffee is hosting its oh so official grand opening party tonight (never mind that it’s been open for three weeks) and you’re invited. They’re luring everyone in with free coffee, some super secret live jams and even a few wine pours. Plus, there’s the killer atmosphere, munchable food and relaxed vibe that’s made Lola an instant success.

Lola Coffee Is Open (and Awesome)
At long last, the founders of Lola Tapas and Lola Roastery have packed up their espresso beans and moved a few blocks west to open Lola Coffee. Monday was the grand opening, and it went over without a hitch, save for computer problems that killed the card reader machine.

With last week’s abrupt closing of Palatte, I’ve heard several friends complain about the lack of breakfast options in Central Phoenix. But I guess the restaurant gods were listening, because I just found out about a brand-new spot that’s in the works: Two Hippies Breakfast Joint.
