Forum Will Focus on Attitudes about Arts, Culture, Historic Preservation and Parks, Monday, Oct. 8
Wire*— All four Phoenix mayoral candidates will participate in a forum which will explore their attitudes about the role arts, culture, preservation and parks play in Phoenix and the role the mayor and city council can play in promoting and leveraging these community assets.
Candidates Kate Gallego, Moses Sanchez, Nicholas Sarwark and Daniel Valenzuela will take questions from moderator Robert Leger, a musician and former Arizona Republic Editorial Page Editor.
The forum, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Monday Oct. 8 at the Third Street Theater at the Phoenix Center for the Arts, 1202 N. Third St., is organized by Arizona Citizens for the Arts, Arizona Preservation Foundation, Artlink Inc., Arizona Latino Arts and Cultural Center and Xico, Inc.
