The Arizona Diamondbacks encourage fans to bring their dog to the game this Sunday for Bark at the Park, presented by AvoDerm Natural Pet Foods and Nylabone. Bark at the Park provides fans a unique experience to catch a baseball game with their canine companion and this year the D-backs have added fun activities for both humans and four-legged friends.
Activities include a new Lucy Pet Wave Machine in which canines will be able to hop on a surfboard and catch some waves making it a prime photo opportunity for our furry friends. There will also be an activity center with free samples and interactive activities with pets as well as a pre-game Puppy Parade on the warning track.
The D-backs will also have adoptable dogs on site from local pet shelters so fans will have the opportunity to leave the game with a four-legged friend.
Bark at the Park ticket packages start at $20 per person/$20 per dog and can be purchased at dbacks.com/barkatthepark. Fans are encouraged to sign up early to pre-register their dog.
Sunday is also Dog Days of Summer in which fans can purchase a “doggy suite” at the PetSmart Patio. Ticket packages are available starting at $160 and include a semi-private space with all the necessities for four people and one dog with exclusive access to PetSmart Park, an outdoor and indoor (air conditioned) dog park. Each table comes with access to All-You-Can-Eat hot dogs, soda, water, popcorn, peanuts, and chips as well as all-your-pup-can-eat ice cream. More information can be found at dbacks.com/petsmart.
