Stateside Presents announced today the first shows coming to The Van Buren located at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Van Buren. Tickets to all these shows go on sale this Thursday at 10am at thevanburenphx.com and ticketweb.com.
“We are thrilled to announce these shows and to bring even more music and arts to downtown Phoenix” said Charlie Levy, owner of Stateside Presents. The Van Buren joins the family of venues that includes Crescent Ballroom and Valley Bar along with a partnership with well-known nightlife impresario Tucker Woodbury. The same sensibilities the community has come to expect at those venues will be present at The Van Buren
As a special thank you to all the fans and to celebrate the opening of The Van Buren, Cold War Kids and Stateside are doing a charity fundraiser for the August 23rd show to benefit Rosie’s House, one of the largest free music afterschool programs in the nation. Tickets are only $10 so everyone can come check out the venue and enjoy an amazing night of music for a good cause. This is just the beginning of how The Van Buren will work to support the Phoenix community with charity efforts and events.
