The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department and Vice Mayor Kate Gallego are hosting a meeting tonight to discuss the redevelopment of vacant city-owned lots in the Garfield Neighborhood Initiative Area. The Garfield Organization has advocated for affordable single family homes, and invites the community members to discuss with city representatives the specifications of city-sponsored RFPs for these lots.
