Kicking off their 2016-2017 season, Ballet Arizona invites residents to spend a relaxing evening under the Arizona sky as they continue their annual season opening tradition, Ballet Under the Stars.
These community performances will take place from September 22 through September 30 at five locations across the Valley. The central Phoenix performance will take place this Saturday, September 24 at Steele Indian School Park, 300 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix
Free and open to the public, Ballet Under the Stars allows the local community to enjoy dance in a unique outdoor setting complete with a stage, lighting, costumes and beautiful Arizona weather.
As the only professional ballet company in the Valley, Ballet Arizona is thrilled to present this gift to residents as part of its commitment to the community, delighting audiences with the series for 18 years. For many attendees, Ballet Under the Stars is their very first exposure to live professional ballet.
