In anticipation of Phoenix Art Museum’s fall fashion exhibition featuring the Emphatics Archive, curator of fashion design, Dennita Sewell will host a summer salon series about the history of Paris fashion. From the traditions of the grand couturiers to the evolution of the international fashion brand, this series explores the designers who made Paris the most powerful and prestigious fashion capital in the world. Examination of works from the fashion design collection will conclude each lecture.
