In what part of Phoenix do you live?: Currently Goodyear! So far, I know!

Where are you from originally?: I grew up in an Air Force family, my father was a pilot. I was born in Germany, spent my childhood moving around and my father retired in Arizona. From there attending middle school up to ASU and now consider AZ my home!

If you could raid one style icon’s closet, who would it be? Why are you drawn to their style?
Behati Prinsloo! She is badass boho chic, it’s edgy & different. Or Kate Middleton – I know, total opposite, but I’m a sucker for the basics as well!

What are your favorite places in Phoenix to shop?
I love going to local places and discovering new ones that may not be as popular as the rest. Some of my favorites are Phoenix Public Market, Joyride, El Chullo, Reathrey Sekong, La Bocca, & Buffalo Exchange.

How has living in Phoenix influenced or changed your style?
Phoenix is a melting pot of culture! We have so much influence from that alone, the southwest flair of turquoise, etc, and all together we tailor it to the weather. I have definitely taken a liking (borderline obsession) to various shorts and flowing materials that breathe easy with this crazy heat!

What are you wearing?
You know those days where you just wake up and realize you should’ve been out the front door 15 minutes ago? Well, it was one of those days, lol. On days like that I definitely rely on a neutral colored, overall simpler design, minor detailed jumper or dress that doesn’t draw too much attention where it makes it look like you didn’t quite dress up for the outfit, but well structured enough where it makes it appear that you spent some time getting ready in the morning and going for that effortless, “I woke up like this” look.

Dress: Buffalo Exchange
Shoes: Steve Madden
Necklace: Be You Jewelry (local jeweler, it has Arizona and a heart on PHX, I wear this almost everyday)

You can witness more of Allison’s own boho-badass style around the Desoto Market when she’s working her magic at Tea and Toast Co.
