AZ Blood Donors Help Kids Like Madison with Video Link: (Madison’s story)
Did you know . . . It takes 500 donors of all blood types to maintain Arizona’s blood supply for just one day. Fall blood donors help kids like Madison, who is alive today because of more than 148 blood donors. The Arizona 7-year-old was born with Diamond Blackfan Anemia, a rare disease that prevents her body from producing red blood cells.
