‘Fashionista for a Cause’ Store in Phoenix to host Grand Opening
Offering gently used women’s professional apparel; all proceeds benefit Dress for Success Phoenix
WHAT: Dress for Success Phoenix, a local non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and career development tools, has announced the grand opening of the ‘Fashionista for a Cause’ resale store. The 3,200-square foot store is located in the same retail complex as Dress for Success Phoenix, and will be open to the public year-round. The store will feature a wide array of gently used women’s professional apparel, shoes and purses, and will also include various ‘designer’ fashions. All sales generated from the store will go directly back to supporting the many programs and services of Dress for Success Phoenix.
“We are thrilled to officially open the ‘Fashionista for a Cause’ community resale store to the public,” said Lisa Doromal, President and Founder of Dress for Success Phoenix. “This store will assist Valley women to ‘dress for success’ no matter their financial status. This has been a dream of ours for a number of years, so we’re excited to see this dream finally become a reality!”
The store’s Grand Opening will be preceded by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and grand opening activities will include onsite raffles and giveaways to store customers and patrons throughout the day.
