Downtown Voices Coalition (DVC) is holding another general monthly meeting Saturday, April 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at Roosevelt Commons at 825 N. Sixth Ave.

Downtown Voices Coalition is a combination of organizations that embraces growth in downtown Phoenix, using downtown’s current resources as stepping stones for development.

The following will be discussed at the meeting:

  • Review and approval of minutes from the meeting on March 14
  • RED Development feasibility/update – John Saccoman and Reid Butler
  • Downtown Public Market event on April 22 – Steve Weiss
  • Officer nominations/elections – Jim McPherson
  • GPLET legislation – Group
  • Developing community benefit agreements – Central Arizonans for a Sustainable Economy (CASE)
  • Jackson Street Entertainment District Planned Urban Development community meeting follow-up – Chris Ibarra
  • HyLo Technology and downtown walking tours – Gavin McDermott
  • Old business/updates – DVC retreat and Grand Avenue festival
  • New business – DVC logo discussion, Civic Space opening on April 16 and the Urban Land Institute-Oriented Development Workshop on April 17
