How can you get rollin’ on your own food truck? Roosevelt Row’s Small Business Incubator Series, in conjunction with Phoenix Food Truck Coalition, is hosting a panel discussion on Tuesday, January 24, at 6 p.m. at Roosevelt Community Church / 924 N. First St @ Roosevelt.

The panel will discuss how to start a food truck business and keep it profitable.  They will also address city and county permits and county requirements.
