Downtown Phoenix’s favorite gathering place, Phoenix Public Market Cafe has teamed up with Chandler’s SanTan Brewing Company for a special four-course beer dinner on Friday, August 25. Guests will enjoy four courses, each paired with a different locally-made beer, and will meet brewmasters from Arizona’s largest craft brewery.
Located at 14 E. Pierce Street, Phoenix Public Market Cafe specializes in cuisine made with ingredients sourced from the adjacent farmer’s market as well as rotisserie fired fare — both of which will be highlighted at this one-night-only event. Many ingredients will be sourced from local purveyors including Scottsdale’s Chula Seafood and Valley farmer McClendon’s Select.
1st course | Chula Seafood Scallop Crudo citrus, pickled fresno, mint, chives, olive oil, served with Hefeweizen Arizona Wheat.
2nd course | Pear, Endive and Bleu Cheese Salad McClendon’s Select arugula, pomegranate seeds, spiced toasted walnuts, red wine vinaigrette, served with Epicenter American Amber.
3rd course | Bone-in Hard Wood Rotisserie Pork Chop butternut squash purée, seasonal farm fresh veggies, apple-bacon riesling sauce, served with the Hop-Shock IPA.
4th course | Pineapple Meringue Pies chocolate ganache, banana, pineapple coconut pastry cream, meringue, served with Mr. Pineapple.
Tickets to the SanTan Beer Dinner cost $45 and include four courses, four beers and a swag from both the Phoenix Public Market Cafe and SanTan Brewing Company.
