In Phoenix’s relentless summer heat, it can be hard to come up with creative ways to stay active. Enter Sutra Studios and their free weekly rooftop yoga class at The Hotel Palomar’s Lustre Rooftop Bar.

Get in the flow every Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at these poolside yoga classes, which come complete with a bar and Phoenix skyline views.
According to Sutra co-owner Matthew Fritz, “we are mixing it up with class themes, meditations, and drink specials.” Some of those themes have included 90’s Hip-Hop Pool Party, Starry Night YogaVin and Reggae Pool Party.
The free summer series will continue through September 5th. Classes are free, just bring your mat, a towel and water.
