Today is Earth Day, and when you’re out and about on your lunchtime break, make sure to head over to Cesar Chavez Plaza (across from City Hall between Washington and Jefferson and 1st and 3rd avenues) for Phoenix’s eco-friendly celebration. You’ll be able to learn about recycling and sustainability, and meet lots of like-minded folks looking to better the earth. There will be plenty of information to gather, and lots to take home for everyday use. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Check it out!
