Come celebrate Phoenix’s first “Third Friday Concert Series” on Friday, April 17 at the new Downtown Civic Space park. The free concert will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will feature Turn Back, O Man and The Matthew Reveles Band.
Every third Friday of each month through 2009, local bands of various music genres will perform at the park.
Civic Space, opening Thursday, is bordered by Central and First avenues, and Van Buren and Fillmore streets. The nearest light rail station is at Central Avenue and Van Buren Street.
