According to Jahna Berry’s Blog at azcentral.com, the 83 year old owner of the San Carlos is seeking a partner. Greg Melikian was quoted as saying “”We are looking for someone to join our family and to take Hotel San Carlos to the next level.” Melikian has owned the historic 121-room hotel on and off for 35 years.
