Laryn Callaway-Blok has lived in the Phoenix area since 1995 and before that as a kid in Arcadia. She and her husband Christiaan Blok own Shine Coffee in midtown Phoenix. Laryn is a naturopathic doctor who practiced in Scottsdale for 8 years before starting a nationally distributed organic food business. She loves food, community, gardening, health and most of all, enjoying her family at home while drinking a fine cuppa coffee.
