Ashley Harder, 30, grew up around old buildings in Boston, MA with a family involved in development and design. She settled in Phoenix, AZ permanently in 2005, becoming heavily involved in the arts and culture scene in downtown Phoenix. In 2011, Ms. Harder founded her own business, Harder Development, purchasing a 3,000 square foot building at 335 W.
