Ashley Harder

Ashley Harder, 30, grew up around old buildings in Boston, MA with a family involved in development and design. She settled in Phoenix, AZ permanently in 2005, becoming heavily involved in the arts and culture scene in downtown Phoenix. In 2011, Ms. Harder founded her own business, Harder Development, purchasing a 3,000 square foot building at 335 W. McDowell Road which she rehabbed and transformed into a muti-use retail structure with three 1000 square foot spaces. She is currently in negotiations on additional projects. Harder Development's passion is contributing to the development of downtown Phoenix by bringing outdated commercial sites to a successful modern standard. By applying sound design principles with innovative concepts, the end goal is to create spaces that speak to today's small business needs. Harder Development believes in connecting people with spaces in ways that spark creativity, celebrate intellect and cultivate art and design.
