The current construction boom in downtown Phoenix has created a variety of urban living options, but only a select few of them can say they offer the unique amenity of park-side living. One of those projects is en Hance Park, a three-phase condo development situated (as the name suggests) on the south border of Margaret T. Hance Park.

En Hance Park is located at 1130 N. 2nd Street, in the Evans Churchill neighborhood. The first phase (currently under construction) is a five-story building with floorpans ranging from studios to three bedrooms and priced from 150k-575k. The second and third phases will be built adjacent to phase one and will be subsequently taller structures.

The project is being developed by Sencorp, a Chilean-based company that specializes in smaller units that still feel spacious and that complement an urban lifestyle. The architect on the project is Shepley Bulfinch. According to SenCorp COO, Alvaro Sande, they are building with city-dwellers in mind.

“We really want this building to be used by people that actually enjoy and live downtown. We want people to come here and walk, use their bikes, enjoy the park. And that’s the way it’s designed, nothing here is covered or closed, everything is open; it’s to invite people to get out and discover downtown,” says Sande.

En Hance Park is currently at 50% sold with a variety of floor plans still available.
