If you have a library card with any public library in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Tempe or Chandler, you just won free admission to a number of downtown area museums. All you have to do is stroll in to your local branch, and say, “I’ll take a Culture Pass, please,” and you’ve scored free admission for up to four people to the Arizona Science Center, the Heard Museum, the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, the Phoenix Art Museum or several other travel-worthy museums (including the zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden!) throughout the Valley. The promotion runs all year, but be advised that each branch has limited passes and it’s first come, first served, baby.
